People do what you watch.  So if you want employees to use and benefit from mobile delivery, you need to record the results and tie them into your LMS (Learning Management System).  Results of mobile activity can also be shared immediately with managers, trainers and instructors, keeping them up to date on learner progress.  Instructors quickly see what areas need additional explanation and/or reinforcement.  

The Hot Lava LMA system is completely SCORM compliant.  The data is captured by our MDTS and sent to your LMS, HR System or database.  Because we run in an SQL database we can send your data and results back to any HR system.

Our customers have two integration options:

• OHE hosts on our MDTS WAP server.
  User data and results can be uploaded from the OHE MDTS to your LMS.
• Your organization hosts
  The MDTS resides on your server and feeds user data and results to your LMS.
