- Involve your IT staff.
- If you are not the IT guru, best to get IT on board early – especially the LMS specialist and staff managing email servers.
- Establish your budget.
- Early on, someone will ask, “Just how much is this going to cost?” OHE will develop with you the cost of the pilot, year one and subsequent years.
- Develop your pilot strategy.
- You have to start with a manageable and measurable plan. It usually takes from three to six months to get the team on board, author content and field test results. We work closely with you through these benchmarks.
- Evaluate the pilot results, adjust and begin larger rollout.
- Once you have conducted the pilot, you have the results to determine what adjustments in the courses or applications are needed.
